The U.S. Institute for the Prevention of Child Abuse (USIPCA) is a non profit organization whose Mission is to prevent child abuse by informing and advising all three branches of the United States government—the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial—along with international organizations, the public, and parents about the realities of child abuse and the most effective ways to prevent future harm.
